The first step in our process is an introduction and consultation. This first meeting is typically between 1 and 2 hours in duration providing opportunity to get to know eachother, your goals, and ways H&Co can support you to acheive them.
There is a flat fee of $100 for this consult. Should we enter into an arrangment thereafter this $100 will be applied as a credit towards our future together.

We offer this service across a wide range; from developing a plan and then handing it over to you for execution to owning the whole process and delivery of results.

This is a great option for those that need impact from a given pillar, ie. building a 1 - 5 year budget or strategic plan or brand diagnostics using the DMAIC method of continual improvement.

Our Coaching process is focused on your development and available in two main formats; ad-hoc and recurring.
Ad-hoc Coaching
Ad-hoc Coaching involves you coming to us with a topic that requires dialogue and expertise. We schedule a time to connect and deep dive on it. Asking you key quetsions to get to the root of the opportunity and then build out a solution together. The goal of our coaching sessions is to gain forward momentum, confidence and ultimately knowledge transfer to better equip you for success in the future.
Ad-hoc Coaching is often used when you are faced with a challange or are brainstorming a new idea. Examples include trouble with team dynamics and conflict to contemplating a new product category.
Recurring Coaching
Recurring Coaching involves regularly scheduled sessions where we deep dive on a topic, your development in an area or your business at large. There is the opportunty for overlap with our Business Partner service with this option. Recurring Coaching can involve specific training plans over a period or regularly booked sessions to coach you on the regular. Recurring Coaching requires a pre-determiened duration for the sessions themselves as well as their frequency ( example 2 hours weekly over 3 months) with cost beneftis compared to the ad-hoc method.
Ad - Hoc Pricing Options | Ad-hoc coaching is offered on a per session basis. Each Session is blocked for 3 hours and $275.
